Last year, I recommended buying Google stock (GOOG) and paid off big time! Easily one of the best stock investments I have ever made. It had a dip earlier in the year, but it recovered nicely, and I’m thrilled. I think it’s a good reliable stock to buy this year.
I would also buy some Proctor and Gamble stock (PG). It’s another good safety stock. It suffered a dip last year, but it has been rising quite nicely again, and I don’t think it’s too late to jump on this stock.
